In order to upgrade your Ubuntu operating system from the 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) version to the latest (but still in beta) version 9.10 (Karmic Koala) you'll have to open the Run Application window (ALT+F2) and enter update-manager -d in the input field. Met het oog op een upgrade van uw Ubuntu besturingssysteem van de 9,04 (Jaunty Jackalope) versie om de laatste (maar nog steeds in beta) versie 9.10 (Karmische Koala) heb je aan de Run Application raam open (ALT + F2) en voer update - manager-d in het invoerveld. Ik stel voor dat u de belangrijkste server van de Verenigde Staten in Software Sources, want als je iets anders kiest, kan de upgrade mislukken. The upgrade is ~930MB so be ready to wait some time for the files to download and install. De upgrade is ~ 930MB dus bereid zijn om enige tijd wachten totdat de bestanden te downloaden en te installeren. It might take you about 30 minutes to  1 hour for the upgrade to complete successfully if you have a good connection to the Internet. Het kan u ongeveer 30 minuten tot 1 uur voor de upgrade met succes te voltooien als je een goede verbinding met het internet.
