How to play online radio stations in Exaile if the application won't open the .pls file ? Como xogar as estacións de radio on-line en Exaile se a solicitude non será aberto o pls. Arquivo?

Sometimes Exaile won't open some .pls files. Ás veces Exaile non vai abrir algúns arquivos. Pls. That is because it doesn't recognize the format of some playlists, but that doesn't mean that the playlist  is incorrect. Isto é porque non recoñece o formato de algunhas entradas, pero iso non significa que a lista vai mal.

In order to listen to online radio stations in Exaile download your playlist to your desktop. A finais de escoitar emisoras de radio online no Exaile baixar súa lista para o seu escritorio. In my case I downloaded the playlist for the MegapolisFM radio station from http://78.24.50.58:8000/listen.pls . No meu caso eu baixei a lista para a estación de radio MegapolisFM partir http://78.24.50.58:8000/listen.pls. Save your playlist to your desktop. Salve súa playlist no seu escritorio.

Open your playlist with a text editor. Abre súa lista con un editor de texto. For example use Gedit: Por exemplo use gedit:


cd ~/Desktop
gedit listen.pls


Replace listen.pls with the name of your own playlist. Substituír listen.pls co nome da súa propia playlist.

Now copy the streaming url from the opened file. Agora, copiar a url de streaming a partir do ficheiro aberto. The url structure should be similar to the one in the image below: A estrutura de URL debe ser semellante ao da imaxe de abaixo:

Now switch to the Exaile window. Agora Cambia a fiestra Exaile. Select the Radio tab from the left (like in the image below) and click on the add button: Seleccione a pestana de radio dende a esquerda (como na imaxe de abaixo) e prema no botón Engadir:

A window will pop up. Unha xanela pop-up. Fill in the fields with your preferred name and description, but in the third field paste the URL you have just copied from the .pls file. Ela co seu nome preferido e descrición, pero o terceiro campo pega a URL que copiou do pls. Arquivo. Click Ok . Prema en Aceptar.

After this double click your just added radio station from the Saved stations drop down menu, select your radio station from the playlist, press the Play button. Tras isto, dobre clic súa estación de radio engadidos dende drop Estacións gardadas suspendido, seleccione a súa estación de radio da lista, preme o botón de Play.
