Photoshop: How to save/define a new pattern Photoshop: Comment enregistrer / définir un nouveau modèle

In order to save a new pattern you need to have the image opened in Photoshop (the image which will be defined as a new pattern). Afin d'enregistrer un nouveau modèle dont vous avez besoin d'avoir l'image ouverte dans Photoshop (l'image qui va être défini comme un nouveau modèle).

In my case, the image represents the US flag. Dans mon cas, l'image représente le drapeau américain. So I have the image opened in Photoshop: Donc, j'ai l'image ouverte dans Photoshop:

Now that we have the image opened in Photoshop, defining a new pattern becomes a very easy task. Maintenant que nous avons l'image ouverte dans Photoshop, la définition d'un nouveau modèle devient une tâche très facile. Next, click on Edit -> Define Pattern from the top menu. Ensuite, cliquez sur Edit -> Définir un modèle dans le menu supérieur.

Now a new pop-up window will appear, asking for a name to assign to the new pattern. Maintenant une nouvelle fenêtre pop-up apparaîtra, demandant le nom à attribuer au nouveau modèle. Name it as you wish, in my case I call it US flag .  Then click OK . Nommez-le comme vous le souhaitez, dans mon cas, je l'appelle drapeau américain. Puis cliquez sur OK.

Give a name to your new pattern Donnez un nom à votre nouveau modèle

That's it! That's it! Your new pattern has been saved and you can now apply it wherever you want. Votre nouveau modèle a été enregistré et vous pouvez maintenant l'appliquer partout où vous voulez.
