If you want to work on a fancy Ubuntu operating system, all you have to do is enable Extra visual effects from Appearance preferences (System->Preferences->Appearance preferences->Visual effects). Hvis du ønsker at arbejde på en fancy Ubuntu styresystem, alt hvad du skal gøre er at give Ekstra visuelle effekter fra Udseende præferencer (System-> Preferences-> Udseende præferencer-> Visuelle effekter). However, by default you will get only some basic visual effects. Men som standard får du kun nogle grundlæggende visuelle effekter. To get access to all extra visual effects (including the Compiz Desktop Cube and more), you will have to install compizconfig-settings-manager from the synaptic package manager. For at få adgang til alle ekstra visuelle effekter (herunder Compiz Desktop Cube og mere), bliver du nødt til at installere compizconfig-settings-manager fra Synaptic Package Manager. Then you will be able to access all hidden visual effects settings from System->Preferences->CompizConfig Settings Manager. Derefter vil du få adgang til alle skjulte visuelle effekter indstillinger fra System-> Preferences-> CompizConfig Settings Manager.
